  • Canada U.S. Air Bilateral Agreement
  • Research among businesses in Canada and the U.S. to determine the effects and opportunities associated with the Air Bilateral Agreement. The research was conducted to be used in the negotiation of a new inter-country agreement on "Open Skies".
  • Canada U.S. Free Trade Agreement
  • Examination of the effects and opportunities of the Free Trade Agreement on Women.
  • Marketing Canada in Europe
  • Led a national committee of senior tourism executives to develop a new five-year strategy for marketing Canada as a destination in the highly competitive European marketplace
  • Pan American Health Organization
  • On behalf of the Government of Canada, explored Canada's role in PAHO
  • Non Renewable Resource Development in the Northwest Territories
  • Explored the cost to the Northwest Territories economy of supporting non-renewable resource development that is approved by the Federal Government, to which royalties also accrue. The assignment led to renegotiation of funding agreements between the two governments.
